Naugatuck Railroad and Railroad Museum of New England

We will board the 12:00 p.m. train from Thomaston Station.  Then sit back and enjoy the 2-hour train ride along the beautiful, scenic Naugatuck River.  We will pass through state forest lands, by the site of Waterbury’s brass mills, through Naugatuck’s Pumpkin Patch, and to complete the journey a ride across and view from the spectacular Thomaston Dam.  Of course we will have time to explore the depot and the Museum with its historic equipment collection.
