Trips R Us is again off  to Asia.  Join us to experience the distinct flavors and sights of Japan during this amazing vacation.  We will visit Meiji Shrine, dedicated to the first emperor of modern Japan, Emperor Meiji.  From Tokyo Tower’s observation deck, we will enjoy an amazing panoramic view of Tokyo, Ginza, Tokyo Bay, Yokohama, and if the weather is clear we will be able to see Mt. Fuji.  We will tour Imperial Palace Plaza, where the residence of the Emperor and the Empress is located.  We will visit the Imperial Palace East Garden, a traditional Japanese Garden now, but once was the home of the Edo Castle.  We will enjoy Tokyo’s most celebrated high end shopping area, Ginza.  In Asakusa’s we will see a variety of traditional, local snacks, tourist souvenirs and many colorful stores lining the Nakamise walkway leading up to Tokyo’s oldest and most famous Buddhist temple, Sensoji.  We will also visit the world famous fish market, Tsukiji.  We will enjoy a day visiting the majestic Mt. Fuji and Hakone area.  We will visit the Fuji Visitor Center, a trip up to Mt. Fuji’s 5^th station at an elevation of 2,300 meters above sea level for some picturesque views of Mt. Fuji and surrounding lakes (on a clear day).  We will enjoy a cruise on pristine Lake Ashi and a ride on the Komagatake Ropeway, which has great views of the surrounding Hakone National Park.  Don’t miss out on enjoying these highlights of Tokyo.
